Export Process
How Export Works
From first message to documents in your hand — the same process for every order.
1. Inquiry
Send the grade, packing, quantity in 20ft containers and your destination port. We confirm anything that is missing.
2. Proforma Invoice
You receive a written CIF quotation and a proforma invoice stating grade, specification, packing, price validity and schedule.
3. Deposit
The order is confirmed against the agreed deposit. Balance terms are stated in the proforma invoice — no surprises later.
4. Production & Inspection
Your batch is prepared and tested, and the COA is issued for the shipped batch. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / Intertek) is available on request before loading.
5. Loading with Photo Report
The container is loaded, braced and sealed, and loading photos are shared with you so you can see exactly how your cargo travels.
6. B/L & Balance
The bill of lading and the full export document set are issued; the balance is settled per the agreed terms and the documents are released to you.
